1. Commitment to User Privacy
MelonWallet Studio ("we", "us", or "our") builds privacy-first productivity software. This Privacy Policy details how MelonWallet ("the Application") handles user data and clarifies our uncompromising commitment to local processing and zero unauthorized data harvesting.
Core Philosophy: MelonWallet operates as a fully self-contained offline utility. We do not require account creation, do not monetize personal data, and perform all PDF calculations strictly on your local hardware.
2. Information Processing & Local Sandbox
When utilizing MelonWallet to calculate book impositions, create signatures, or generate covers:
- PDF Document Content: All imported PDF manuscripts, cover graphics, and generated vector files remain strictly within your device's isolated Application Support sandbox. No document pages are ever transmitted to any remote server.
- Imposition & Binding Settings: Your project preferences (sheet dimensions, signature sizes, creep parameters, margin offsets, and manual blanks) are stored in the local Core Data database.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or store names, phone numbers, contacts, biometric records, or payment credentials.
3. Third-Party Services & Network Activity
The Application is engineered with zero commercial analytics, marketing beacons, or tracking SDKs:
- Zero Advertising SDKs: No third-party ad networks or tracking frameworks (such as ATT, IDFA trackers, or cross-app analytics) are integrated.
- Zero Server Profiling: We do not track user behavior or compile telemetry profiles based on your bookmaking activities.
4. Data Retention & User Control
You retain complete, unrestricted ownership over all local project data. You may delete any project, reset the document library, or export project packages (.bookfoldpkg) at your discretion. Uninstalling the Application permanently purges all local sandbox files and settings.
5. Policy Revisions & Inquiries
